I am originally from Panama and speak both Spanish and English fluently. I graduated from the University of Panama with a Bachelor degree in International Relations and obtained a Master Degree in Public Administration from James Madison University, VA. I have experience working with a local goverment in Virginia and for the State government of Hawaii. At the State government I administered a Federal Housing Program following Federal and State guidelines, using analytical skills, and providing services to clients.
Additionally, I have considerable traveling experience and have moved houses within the United States, Panama, Korea and Japan. I have a deep understanding of many cultures and of the stresses and joys of relocating to a new place. While living overseas I was actively involved in PTO(PTAS), several international Women's charity organizations, substituting as a teacher at the Seoul Foreign School and American School in Japan, and as a Spanish instructor at the French School in Seoul, Korea.
